In 2022, we are launching a new business stream, Investment Properties. Our ambition is to establish, build and actively manage a property portfolio of high-quality assets, with high environmental standards in attractive locations. Developed by our Commercial Property Development stream, these locations are today taking shape in new, highly sought-after areas in Sweden.
