Board remuneration

The Annual General Meeting 2025 (the “Meeting”) resolved, in accordance with the Nomination Committee’s proposal, that fees to board members elected by the Meeting should be paid as follows:

  • SEK 2,490,000 to the Chair of the Board;
  • SEK 830,000 each to the other board members;
  • SEK 350,000 to the Chair of the Audit Committee and SEK 230,000 each to the other members of the committee;
  • SEK 120,000 to the Chair of the Compensation Committee and
  • SEK 115,000 each to the other members of the committee;
  • SEK 245,000 each to the Chair of the Project Review Committee and the other members of the committee.

Remuneration to board members in addition to board fees

According to the guidelines for salary and other remuneration to senior executives adopted by the Annual General Meeting 2023, to the extent that a non-employed board member elected by shareholders at a General Meeting performs work for the company, besides the board membership, consultant fee and other remuneration may be granted for such work. Decisions on consultant fees and other remuneration to non-employed board members elected by shareholders at a General Meeting are made by the Board’s Compensation Committee.
