Seop is aimed at attracting employees and retaining them within the Group, and creating greater affinity and dedication.
Seop had about 9,300 participants during 2024, who invested about SEK 430 M in 2024. The Seop participants total holdings in combination with the Parent Company's holding of Class B treasury shares for securing the future delivery of shares in Seop, make them one of the largest Skanska shareholder groups in terms of capital. That high level of participation demonstrates employees' motivation and commitment, which drives improved performance.
