Skanska builds the new D.C. Water headquarters in Washington, D.C., USA, for USD 60M, about SEK 500M
The new headquarters will be built over an operating pump station. With about 14,000 gross square meters, it will house approximately 350 employees. This building is targeted for LEED Platinum certification.
Skanska will begin construction in 2016. The project is slated for completion in December 2017.
