Skanska invests EUR 50M, about SEK 480M in the second phase of Generation Park, an office project located in Warsaw, Poland. The second building, with a total leasable area of about 18,300 square meters, will comprise 16 stories above ground and two stories of underground parking. The investment will also include four underground parking levels for the planned third building.

Generation Park will be Skanska’s largest office development in Central and Eastern Europe. The complex will comprise of three office buildings with a total leasable area of around 84,000 square meters. The project is expected to receive LEED Platinum certification. The third and highest building, a 34-story tower, will reach 140 meters (180 meters including the spire). The office buildings will also independently be certified as a “Building without barriers” for its accessible design, inclusive for people with disabilities.

Construction of the second phase started in December 2017 and the office building is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2019.
