Skanska invests EUR 24 M, about SEK 250 M, in the sec-ond phase of office project in Łódź, Poland

Skanska has invested EUR 24 M, about SEK 250 M, in the second phase of Brama Miasta, an office development in Łódź, Poland. The second phase with a total leasable area of around 13,600 square meters will consist of one building 15 stories high.

Brama Miasta is Skanska’s third office development in Łódź. This two-building complex, to be delivered in two phases, will offer a total leasable area of around 41,400 square meters. The project is expected to receive LEED Gold certification, as well as a “Building without barriers” certificate.

 

 

The new office development will be situated in the central part of the city called the New Centre of Łódź. The plot is easily accessible by public transport as it is located in close proximity to the city’s main train station, bus stops and tram stations. 

Construction of the second phase is scheduled for completion in the sec-ond quarter of 2020.
