Skanska divests Norra Hamnen Kubiklager in Malmö, Sweden, for SEK 285 M

Skanska has sold the logistics property Norra Hamnen Kubiklager in Malmö, Sweden, for SEK 285 M. The buyer is a fund managed by Genesta Property Nordic AB. The sale will be booked by Skanska Commercial Development Nordic in the first quarter of 2019. The transfer of the property will take place during February 2019.

Norra Hamnen Kubiklager, which was developed and built by Skanska, was completed in 2018 and is located in the heart of the region's new logistics center, Malmö Industrial Park. In total, the property comprises about 19,600 square meters of warehouse and office space. Norra Hamnen Kubiklager is currently leased to Copenhagen Malmö Port AB and Stena Retail & Food Services in Sweden AB.

From Norra Hamnen Kubiklager you can quickly reach the larger road network, especially the E6/E20, as well as the Öresund Bridge to Copenhagen and the continent. The area has been developed to meet future opportunities and be a hub in the Öresund region, close to Copenhagen.
