Skanska builds office building in Helsingborg, Sweden, for about SEK 350 M
Skanska has signed an agreement with Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB to build a new office building, Prisma, at the central station in Helsingborg, Sweden. The contract is worth about SEK 350 M, which will be included in the order bookings for Sweden for the first quarter 2019.

The office building will be between six and eight floors high and will have a total area of 13,000 square meters.
Prisma is being built to meet high standards of sustainability and the goal is to seek certification according to Miljöbyggnad, gold level. Miljöbyggnad is a certification for buildings that considers energy, indoor environment and materials, based on Swedish building regulations and building practice.
Construction work has begun and the building will be completed before the end of 2020.
