Skanska builds and renovates offices for Vasakronan in Sundbyberg, Sweden, for about SEK 770 M
Skanska has signed an agreement with Vasakronan on the construction of two office buildings and the renovation of an existing building in Sundbyberg, Sweden. The contract is worth about SEK 770 M, which will be included in the order bookings for Skanska Sweden for the second quarter 2019.
The buildings will meet high standards of sustainability, which includes the installation of a geo-energy plant, and will be LEED certified at the highest level, Platinum.
The project comprises a total gross area of 40,000 square meters.
Demolition and foundation work has begun and the project is scheduled for completion by the end of 2021.
