Skanska divest residential project in Hillerød, Denmark, for DKK 154 M, about SEK 220 M

Kejserhaven is located in an attractive area in the centre of Ullerød City with retail, kindergarten and a primary school. The first phase of Kejserhaven comprises approximately 6,100 square meters and include 76 rental apartments.
The ongoing project has a sustainable profile, with common green areas, green roof, solar panels and two of the buildings are made of reused bricks from another Skanska project.
The second phase of the project comprises 30 apartments. The project will be fully developed in the third quarter 2021.
During the last 5 years Skanska has developed and sold more than 900 rental apartments in Copenhagen.
