Gullhaug Torg 2A is a mixed-use building with 18 floors comprising of 11,200 square meters, which will house a restaurant, office space and 41 apartments. The building has very high ambitions when it comes to sustainability and will utilize cutting edge innovations which greatly reduces its energy consumption.

The construction work is due to start in June 2021 and will be completed by July 2023.

Skanska is one of the leading construction- and project development companies in the Nordics, with operations in building construction and civil engineering in Sweden, Norway and Finland, and developing residential- and commercial property projects in select home markets.
