Our approach
We know that diverse and inclusive teams are a key driver for a successful business. We are committed to being an equal opportunity employer, attracting, recruiting and advancing diverse talent to enlarge our talent pool in a male-dominated industry. We do not tolerate discrimination, regardless of social background, ethnicity, disability, gender, gender identity or expression, age, religion, sexual orientation or any other protected characteristic. We strive for a workplace free from harassment and bullying.
Performance
We track perceived inclusion through our annual employee survey, and the overall trend is positive. In 2024, 88 percent of respondents agree that people care for and treat each other fairly in our workplace, 9 percentage points above the industry benchmark. 78 percent of respondents agreed that their manager makes the most of the diversity in the team to achieve stronger performance together.
Other aspects of diversity, such as ethnicity, disability or age, are tracked by business units in line with differing legal requirements between countries.
