Skanska provided Owners Project Management Services for the construction of the 222,800-SF Somerset Berkley Regional High School, a project which was designed in accordance with the Massachusetts School Building Authority’s Model School Program.

As Owners Project Manager for the Feasibility Study and Schematic Design Phase, Skanska’s project team was responsible for completing all of the tasks up to the design development phase of the project. This phase included assisting the building committee in selecting a designer and working with the chosen design team in verifying existing site conditions.

Skanska continued Project Management Services through design development, construction documents, bid and award, construction and final closeout of the Project.
