The Annual General Meeting of Skanska AB (publ) (the “Meeting”) was held on Monday April 7, 2025 at 10.00 am CEST at Sergel Hub, Sveavägen 10A, Stockholm, Sweden. Shareholders also had the opportunity to exercise their voting rights by postal voting prior to the Meeting.
